True, one of the materials that least resists high temperatures is polystyrene, whose use is recommended up to a maximum of 95 °C. Tests should be done to determine the maximum temperature, for example, running empty, and possibly modify the recommended materials on improved versions with better design.

In normal operation, water would be obtained between 40 and 70 °C, according to the original source. This implies that the sheet is even hotter. On the other hand, the insulating material can work well at about 95 degrees. Theoretical estimates of heat transfer can be made, but I think it is better to carry out tests in a second stage, of a better designed equipment.

A comparative analysis of the structural resistance with and without trusses was carried out, resulting satisfactory in both cases; however, the observation was used as an opportunity to add trusses to the structure.

Definitely, the tilt depends on the region, with respect to the orientation of the sun, this point was added in the specifications.



In the case of the low structure, it is more robust than the one subjected to analysis and has a lower and better distributed load, therefore, it should withstand the structural conditions even better.
