An extruder machine works with a repetitive process, i.e. the molten material is put into the moulds, pressed by pushing the transport worm forward. After which the worm rotates itself again to screws at the back and fills the tube in which the worm turns back with material. A Extruder machine works in principle with a continuous process: Because the transport worm rotates around It pumps the molten material forward into the open moulds. The transport worm remains always in place. This principle of extrusion is applied for making "infinitely" long objects such as: Rod, profile (often made of aluminum), plastic bags, etc.

Extruding is used in principle not applied in combination with closed moulds, as is the case with this machine. To the machine not to make it more complex, is apart from a device that must move the screw conveyor forward to fill the moulds.
