the material specifications "steel metal" are too unspecific, I assume that "steel A36" should be used for these components, is that correct?

Part number 2.1 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:10, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

The belt guard consists of several components, the perimeter plate and the cover plate. In the case of the cover plate, it must be specified whether it is to be a finished perforated plate (perforated plate). In addition, information is missing on the minimum and maximum diameter of the holes, as well as information on what percentage of the area of the cover plate is to be perforated. However, this information is not mandatory because the belt guard is not a critical component.

Part number 3.8 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:13, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

I assume that the ball bearing is pressed into the tube 3.3 and not further fixed, is that correct?

Part number 3.2 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:15, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

Are these headstock bearing caps firmly connected to the tube 3.3? If this is correct how are they fixed?

Part number 3.5 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:16, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

I believe that custom manufacturing of this component can be quite expensive, it would be better to select a standard pulley.

Part number 3.7 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:18, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

Would it perhaps be better to provide the tapered area of this component with notches to ensure reliable power transmission and prevent the component from slipping on the drive axle?

Part number 4.3 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:22, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

ready-made tappet tensioners can also be used here, such as at https://www.boie.de/mechanik/normelemente/spanner-mit-exzenter-oder-keil/exzenterspanner/gn-927-3-exzenterspanner-mit-schraube-hebel-stahl/927-3-101-m8-40-b-zid10571657

Part number 5.4 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:25, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

which diameter, which pitch?

Part number 5.5 -- Thehunter (talk) 11:27, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

here it would be helpful to give a source of supply, or links to suitable components
