Done

-- Thehunter (talk) 09:58, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

please ad some recomendations for surface treatment

Re: -- Inddigital (talk) 13:15, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Done, in an improved version, a page for technical notes will be added

-- Thehunter (talk) 10:00, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

please add a few notes on maintenance, for example lubricate the blades regularly to avoids oxidation

Part number 3.5 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:02, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

has the C45 material a sufficient service life?

Re: Part number 3.5 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:22, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Yes, with a quenching and tempering heat treatment a hardness of about 55HRC can be achieved, which provides wear resistance and extends service life, I have added the annotation

Part number 4.1 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:03, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

has the C45 material a sufficient service life?

Re: Part number 4.1 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:22, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Yes, with a quenching and tempering heat treatment a hardness of about 55HRC can be achieved, which provides wear resistance and extends service life, I have added the annotation

Part number 7.1 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:06, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

is it correct that all holes have the same distance of 75 mm from the central point?

Re: Part number 7.1 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:24, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Yes, all of these perforations are at the same distance from the center, 75 mm.

-- Thehunter (talk) 10:07, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

because of the thickness of the component 7.1 I assume that the maximum tube diameter is 20 mm, is that correct?

Re: -- Inddigital (talk) 13:17, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Yes, it is at the manufacturer's discretion to include variants of this part to expand the capacity of the equipment.

Part number 7.2 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:10, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

Here the quantity must be two and not one

Re: Part number 7.2 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:24, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Done

Part number 7.2 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:11, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

the total thickness of the hair iron disc is given as 10 mm, what is the thickness on the beveled side?

Re: Part number 7.2 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:24, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Corrected

Part number 7.3 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:12, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

I think here you can find on standard parts, but it is ok like this

Re: Part number 7.3 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:25, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

Ok, will be taken into account for an improved version

Part number 7.4 -- Thehunter (talk) 10:14, 7 April 2021 (CEST)

that must be a very good mechanic who gets exactly 191.77 mm distance between the two hole centers :-)

Re: Part number 7.4 -- Inddigital (talk) 13:26, 9 April 2021 (CEST)

True, this needs to be improved.
