Part number 3 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 18:36, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

what material should the track be made of, what are its dimensions?

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 18:50, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

in some details the drawings would be easier to understand if different line widths were used

Re: Part number 1 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 09:13, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

wich lines do you suggest should be smaller/wider?

Re: Re: Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 09:34, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

just the contour of the parts a bit thicker

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 18:59, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

but this is of course only optional ;-)

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:20, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

is there a stl-file for 3D printer?

Re: Part number 1 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 09:16, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

yes, they are added

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:22, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

Are plastics other than PLA - EN-13432 permitted?

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:24, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

Position number for left arm and bracket missing in http://test.oho.wiki/images/9/99/01.00_PCB_HOLDER.pdf

Re: Part number 1 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 09:18, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

they are identical with the right side, so there need to be only one;)

Part number 1 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:27, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

in the BOM the two arms (Part Number 1) are identic, in the drawing they seem not to be identic, or am I wromg?

Re: Part number 1 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 09:19, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

they are identic, but the left side other holes are used for the screws, than on the right side

Part number 2 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:30, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

see comments en Part Number 1

Part number 5 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:34, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

is this a bolt or a nut?

Re: Part number 5 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 13:42, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

the standard refers to nuts

Re: Re: Part number 5 -- Micha (Diskussion) 22:09, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

needs to be changed in BOM

Part number 7 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:34, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

is this a bolt or a nut?

Re: Part number 7 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 09:24, 10. Mär. 2020 (CET)

is changed
I guess, people need to be aware of the wiki syntax to keep this threads readable :) Or we look over them from time to time

Re: Re: Part number 7 -- Martin (Diskussion) 15:33, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Replace this text with your reply ← ahhh haven't seen that

Part number 3 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 19:39, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

at least make recomendations e.g. if it has to be metal, which length you would recommend (min-max), if there are standard sizes for PCB etc.

Re: Part number 3 -- Lukas (Diskussion) 22:04, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

There needs to be a technical drawing if it is not a standard part.

Part number 12 -- Djaeger (Diskussion) 20:16, 9. Mär. 2020 (CET)

cold you add part numbers in the text area of the drawings?

Part number 1 -- OSEG (Diskussion) 12:06, 13. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

The drawing seems very overloaded, maybe you could move some dimensions to the perspective to the lower left.

Part number 2 -- Lukas (Diskussion) 21:14, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Part number 12 -- Micha (Diskussion) 21:15, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Does the general tolerance of "medium" make sense for additive manufactured components? Seems unrealistic for most of the printers. Nozzle diameter between 0.25 - 0.8 mm for regular printers

Part number 7 -- Micha (Diskussion) 21:16, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Needs to be changed in BOM as well.

Part number 2 -- Lukas (Diskussion) 21:26, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Die Aufnahme für die Mutter ist mit genau 13mm zu eng, weil der 3D-Drucker auch noch Toleranzen hat. Also mindestens 13,5 mm. Muss ja nicht genau passen.

Part number 1 -- Lukas (Diskussion) 21:39, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

    1. Überschrift
  • Die 3D-Ansicht könnte um 180° gedreht werden, damit man einen Einschub der Mutter sieht.

Part number 1 -- Micha (Diskussion) 21:39, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

The designed space for the nuts (7) should be bigger. Due to tolerances it's not certain the nuts fit.

Part number 1 -- Lukas (Diskussion) 21:43, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

Alle Durchgangslöcher auf NORM DIN EN 20273 prüfen. 5,2 ist zum Beispiel zu eng.

Part number 11 -- Micha (Diskussion) 22:17, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

bolt

Part number 10 -- Micha (Diskussion) 22:25, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

what kind of specification is this? Why not DIN standard?

Part number 12 -- Micha (Diskussion) 22:30, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

position numbers in assembly drawings should be at the edges of the drawing in a horizontal or vertical line.

Part number 12 -- Micha (Diskussion) 22:57, 24. Apr. 2020 (CEST)

description of funcion, overall dimensions, weight and maximum space between brackets are missing.
