  • Perform the necessary cuts in all metal profiles, as operations prior to welding (corner splices, among others).
  • Specifications of all metal profiles and fasteners (DIN code or equivalent information).
  • It is recommended to perform a stress analysis to confirm that the equipment will withstand the loads and remain stable, without the need for anchors, e.g.

Part number 5 -- Xtech2020 review (talk) 05:31, 17 February 2022 (CET)

  • Complete the rectangle underneath the machine with metal angles.

Part number 4 -- Xtech2020 review (talk) 05:37, 17 February 2022 (CET)

  • The length of these bolts appears to be insufficient to secure the clamping profiles.
  • Include section views, where the operation of these screws can be observed, this would also facilitate fabrication.
  • It is also observed that the bolt is out of phase with respect to its nut.

Part number 2.8 -- Xtech2020 review (talk) 05:48, 18 February 2022 (CET)

These screws do not seem to have an apparent function as such, in case they function as reinforcement, it is suggested to cut a piece of sheet metal or metal profile.

Part number A1 -- Xtech2020 review (talk) 05:53, 18 February 2022 (CET)

Interference is observed between the fixed angle and the movable angle, this will make it difficult to turn the bending mechanism.

Part number A1 -- Xtech2020 review (talk) 06:13, 18 February 2022 (CET)

To achieve a good bending, set 3.0 must be placed in such a way that piece 3.2 maintains a minimum distance of 3.2 mm with respect to the front of piece 2.1, in order to guarantee a good bending radius in an extreme case such as a 16 gauge sheet (1.6 mm thick).
