PMG stands for permanent magnet generator.  This booklet describes how to build one.  It was prepared in year 2000 by (http://www.scoraigwind.com/pmgbooklet/www.scoraigwind.co.uk Hugh Piggott), for  Intermediate Technology Development Group ((http://www.oneworld.org/itdg/home.html ITDG)), as part of an (http://www.etsu.com/dfid-kar-energy/html/r7105.html overseas aid project) for DfID.  It is not confidential; in fact the object is to disseminate it widely.
